To take these as separate issues, the locker room for women at the Y is not and never has been “no dicks allowed”, it’s specifically for women regardless of their apparatus (including intersex people who choose to present as women). Clearly you don’t see trans women as women so that’s a non-starter.

As to the second point, minors receive all sorts of other irreversible elective surgeries that you don’t think the government should have a say in, so the only reason I can think of for you to object to surgical treatment for gender dysphoria is that you don’t see gender dysphoria as legitimate.
