Both my Apeed Queen washer and dryer have been duds, and their customer service has been shit. I don't think they are making them like they used to. Plus, they don't even have a buzzer for when the washer or dryer is done, which I would really appreciate!
My 2 year old dryer has a buzzer. Don’t know about the washer, never needed it.
I'm the forgetful sort, unfortunately. My dryer is about 4 years old, but a buzzer was not an option for the bare bones model (less things to break 🙂)
I can only speak to the models I bought 10 years ago. Mine -does- have the buzzer, and has no computer parts, only old fashioned dials and buttons, which is all I want out of a washer & dryer. They maybe aren't quite as environmentally friendly as others, but they make up for it being reliable.
