I read the defense. Why would anyone direct the phrase “Free Palestine” to a Jewish co-worker? That is not the behavior of someone who is hoping to engage in constructive dialogue. It is, in fact, the kind of behavior that subjects you to a hostile workplace complaint. Not great leadership.
