Yep I see a fight in the senate and a bill that exchanges this land for Medicare provisions that were never at risk until they decided it was.

That’s one way to do it. Or they could just ignore the Parliamentarian like Rockefeller did in ‘75. Or fire her like Lott did in ‘01. And THOSE guys were institutionalists. The current flunkies in the Senate don’t care how much it’s damaged.
