Most institutions are at a loss on how to deal in real time with past horrific crimes and scandals of past administrations or employees. Apologies are just 1 step. Full accountability & $$ to victims, punishment to Jordan, & daily actions to remind students of history & never let it happen again.

Well said. It is important that victims see real efforts to ensure what happens to them never happens to someone else... and if it does, perpetrators pay for their actions and JUSTICE IS SWIFT.
