Ha! It did make me laugh when someone said in the trailer he "finds the beauty in the trashy"... but honestly I'm pretty standard fare.. Only recognised him as had seen him talk there a couple of years ago.. No one else seemed to notice him

Didn't realise it was coming up on BBC4..we rented it on Friday night and it was, as you'd expect glorious. So, so talented and his ability to gently blend into any social setting is fascinating to watch. Hate to say national treasure but we do spot funny situations and go 'that's a Martin Parr!'..

Nope, not even with a vpn. You need to live in the uk for that and pay your tv licence probably as well 🙂. Would be great if we could pay for the iPlayer like we can for Netflix etc but not possible. It's silly really cause the bbc could make a lot of money from that...

Although that's how it was last time I tried... I now saw on reddit that it might work anyway... Will give it a try later. Thanks for suggesting it.

Change your router’s dns settings to 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112 and use in conjunction with your vpn. DNS filtering may be blocking your vpn from accessing BBC Iplayer.

Can you get a program called get iPlayer? It lets you download anything the BBC has on the iPlayer
