Excellent choice! I love a bit of Tim Buckley. This one always reminds me of Jacques Brel's "La Valse à Mille Temps". www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovPw...

Tim was admired by Jacques Brel and spoke to him once when Tim was in Paris doing a promo slot on French Radio. Brel phoned in and complimented Tim. In another strange twist, I and Larry Beckett, Tim's lyricist, have an album of English translated Jacques Brel songs to be released this year!
Thanks very much for these informations. I didn't know they talked together I will listen this album with a big pleasure👍
You're welcome. Lee Underwood, Tim's guitarist, wrote about it in his biography of Tim 'Blue Melody'. Larry is still active, writing poetry & songs. We were in Paris in 2022 & he asked me to work on the Jacques Brel album with his translations into English. Try this. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aklk...
Not Brel of course but the first thing Larry and I released. 10 years ago.
