He told me had damage to my spine and needed a fusion. Great. Three years later another injury not my fault that needed four surgeries to fix. I’m lifting again but very differently than before because now I’m old and tired of repairs

I suffer from facet joint dysfunction. It sucks. But I can still swim.

They’d gotta suck. My facet joints had turned into things that looked like fangs. The day three discs burst in my spine, it was like hot lava running down my legs. OMG.

I remember one particular day where the only comfortable position I could find was on the floor, on my knees, with my elbows on the floor. What really sucked was 5 doctors misdiagnosed it.

I’m so sorry. They seem to be really bad at it. 4th neurosurgeon diagnosed me. I could barely walk. He looked at my X-ray stood up he took a step back and told me I had no disc left between L5 & S1 and scheduled me for surgery then next week. I swear some docs just don’t care about women

I was in such excruciating pain that I googled who the best orthopedic in Las Vegas. I went to see the doctor who had thousands of 5-star. This one actually listened when I told him I couldn’t sit or twist.
