It's set in Seattle, so I'm going Wiccan. Several years in a row I would see Wiccans on the beach for winter solstice. They were always there before me so they would let me take coals from their fire to get mine started. Super neighborly witches, those Wiccans.

Yep, it comes up in her very first episode when she is being interviewed for the job! My favorite episode of Frasier is Three Valentines because of the vignette featuring just Niles. He only has one line and the rest is physical comedy gold. David Hyde Pierce was the star of that show imo.
