lol you are really mad at the good guys. Do you really believe that if the indictment had come sooner that the Supreme Court wouldn’t have stopped the trial? You can be mad at Garland if you like, but the Supreme Court is to blame. John Roberts loves it when you let him off the hook for it.
Why are you defending him? Yes the SCOTUS is illegitimate and corrupt but by no means is Merrick Garland a “good guy”. We really didn’t find out how corrupt the SCOTUS is till the “king” ruling, and Alitos affiliation with right wing groups.
If he was indicted a few years earlier, the election may have had a very different outcome.
