Right it's only a temporary tax CREDIT of $6000 for those over 65 is what I read because he couldn't do 'no taxes' on social security. And I'll never see that as I don't retire for another 6-7 years or so.

Part of Social Security has been not taxed for years. There is a calculation to use that is in the info for filing. I usually only pay tax on 50%. But for last few years, total tax has been going up from Trump's previous tax bill.
