Same! It’s all well and good preparing for something bad to happen with bottled water and tinned beans in the cellar, but you need to remember to prepare for good news too with an ever ready chilled bottle of fizz!

I never kept a proper pantry until after 9/11 and the anthrax scare. When Covid hit I calmly walked to my pantry cabinet and looked over my rolls of toilet paper, toothpaste, bottles of wine, dry grains and beans, jars of sauces and can of SPAM. It was comforting to have all that at hand.
