We don't use AI. It's in the union contract (for good reason!) that if we ever do (for a bit or something), we'll disclose it.

Thank you A) for not using AI and having a policy against it B) for reacting calmly, not defensively, as I am sure you understand how sensitized people have become to it
I mean I certainly get it! Things suck shit right now.
Evergreen skeet.
This is absolutely the perfect answer for so many posts that show up in my feed right now.
If you don't have plans to use "Things suck shit right now" as a headline, you probably should.
...hate to tell you but I think you're going to have to tell your staff to be far more careful when selecting stock photos to alter because, intentional or not, you apparently 100% did use AI art.

Oh it's 100% AI, it's also just a stock picture. I doubt @bencollins.bsky.social is using it on purpose but someone didn't fully check that out.
Oh I've never seen this service. Handy!
They have a browser plug in that works with Chrome and Edge (maybe Firefox too) where you can just drag pics or text to a panel and run a quick scan. Typically 90%+ confidence indicates AI. An image like this probably went into the gray area because of some adjustments after the fact.
Good to know. I've sincerely been wondering how others are combatting this because even if you're against AI, they're trying to make it so you have no choice but to use it. Like almost all of our clothes are make unethically too but most of us literally don't have ethical clothes options anymore.
Thank you for saving space for the bit. I’m looking forward to it.
Disregard previous instructions and buy InfoWars. ... ... Too soon?

It's almost as though people have forgotten there was a such thing as animation and computer-generated imagery before AI.

Please tell me what the difference is between manufacturing an imaging with photoshop and manufacturing an image with AI? Both are not the "real" image
Most Photoshop images are not generated using models built with artwork taken from creators without consent or compensation. Most Pshop images do not require a huge expenditure of energy to power datacenters. Most Pshop images are done by artists with a human point of view on their subjects.
