Thank you! Hell, they could have just added a line that said "well, this serum doesn't turn you into A Vulcan, it turns you into a version of Spock" and it would have been better

Yeah. Overall I feel like they had the concepts of an episode, but no idea how to actually formulate a coherent story. Like we never even see how they turned back to normal. There's no exploration of humans having the Vulcan concept of a Katra to begin with.
That's why I keep comparing it to bashing action figures together. It's pairings. Situations. No sign of a throughline. The thing reads like a first draft.
Yes, exactly, an interesting concept, but then they just wasted every single possible way to make it good
Genetic memory was a key element of the Kerkhovoans (tgat the serum is from) in the "Spock is human now" episode. And this episode is building on that. Still, that's requiring you to Rembert all that from the previous episode and that's bad writing.
I think counting on Trek fans to remember minor details from a previous episode is a pretty safe bet tho 🤣
OK but my brain kept hearing Kerkhovian as Kevorkian...
I mean this feels like the only smart thing SNW has done
🤣🤣🤣
I nearly typed that
That episode needed Kevorkian
LOL
Oh good it's not just me!
