Reform/evangelicals generally do not consult with SMEs, unless they are Comms/Strategy types. Hence the problem we see from them thru Scheer & now #PeePee. O’Toole maybe was an exception but he did not last long enough to be vetted.

O'Toole seemed to be a decent, reasonable guy, but that obviously wasn't what the old Harper gang wanted. Now we're stuck with this guy.
