seeing as i can no longer walk long distances or stand for 2 min without discomfort, I just kinda writhe for a minute and then play videogame. I really like to run and hike and frolic but that shit hurts now. Can't do much, not my fault, I try n do what i gotta to get better. Some day things fix?

ahh so like essentially like you'll kind of just get used to it ? and/or find your own new joys?

I think something like that, saying "you'll get used to it" kinda sucks and devalues the struggle of disability in the first place. My family told me that when I tried to bring up it hurts to stand until it couldn't stand anymore lol. The new joys are a thing tho, taking it easy is very nice
