They ARE the irresponsible party. If you’re familiar with the Unified Executive Theory, this is how our government will change. His Executive Orders are ways he’s bypassing Congress in appropriated funding, and withholding monies without Congressional approval. It strips the people of all power.

Congress controls spending if the heads of the house and the senate decide not to use their power, like they are doing, he controls it. Republicans can stop this but they choose not !
