If you have served on more than 1 jury, then you have served on “juries.” The possessive “jury’s” refers to when the jury possesses something, like instead of saying “the one jerk on the jury” you could say “the jury’s jerk.” See? But I bet you don’t care about accuracy, as shown in your statements.
