30s is really ideal. my clips were 45 and got flagged. BUT was thinking about the watermark recently and probably will start that from now on

I recommend power director pro. Plus I would create a pmg logo for overlays. They come in handy for watermarks.

oh I don’t need a PNG. All my editing happens at once and I can add a text over the video manually.
