They tried thus back in 2016 The painted peeled off within a year! It’s a waste of money!

Exactly!! The upkeep on this is tremendous. It will need continuous painting, it’s a job that will never be completed. I think the whole thing is for show and they probably don’t really have the intention of doing it beyond a photo op
