A friend from the UK keeps asking me “Do you [the US] want to be a country or not?”. Today the supreme court (does not deserve to be capitalised) gave us the answer: NO. No. The Constitution does not apply equally to all people in all states. No. The president does not have to abide by what the Constitution clearly states. This effectively renders the Constitution null and void. Blue states, it’s time to secede.

NYC minus Staten Island is blue, the rest of the state is red. Therefore, New York is a red state. Illinois minus Chicago is a red state, too.

(OMG I can’t believe I have to say this) LAND DOESN’T VOTE Over 2/3 of the population lives in the greater Chicagoland area and it is blue. 3/4 (or more) of the population of state live in democratic areas, ie the higher population areas. Dems have super majorities in House (78-40) & Senate (40-19).

We're not talking about LAND. We're talking about demographic. If those cities weren't blue the state would be red. Not the LAND of the state, the actual human beings who live there. Most human beings who live on the LAND that creates New York state voted for Trump.
