worth a shot! perhaps before bed may be beneficial. strictly speaking, i wouldn't expect acute effects, so your experiences surprise me a bit. makes me think you are particularly deficient or something if the difference is so noticeable. worst case it's wasted powder but it's cheap so nbd imo
personally i tolerate 10g at a time plenty fine, just as long as you've got some fluids with it it should be okay. beyond 10g at a time is where it starts to be a bit rough for me. it's part of why i think the loading phase myth is total bullshit
