Staten Island is the forgotten boro. You can get there by bus from Brooklyn but outside of that the only mass transit that goes there regularly is the Staten Island Ferr - and yes they are that shade of orange. Also it takes way more than an hour to get there who are you kidding Gwen?

Gentrification. But really, a lot of prewar buildings are in neighborhoods where people who have lived in NYC a long time live, and are currently being displaced from. This looks like it could be the Upper West Side in Manahttan, Park Slope in Brooklyn, or Flushing in Queens (to name a few)
