To me this is an incredibly interesting build around Commander that requires you to do tricks to really pop off. So it's perfect.

The biggest problem is to make it sing you need to cross the streams:

Pemmin's Aura {1}{U}{U} Enchantment — Aura Enchant creature {U}: Untap enchanted creature. {U}: Enchanted creature gains flying until end of turn. {U}: Enchanted creature gains shroud until end of turn.
