It came to pass because he truly represents his base. Every one that voted for him may not be all those things, but they are at least some, so he represents the epitome of a fact of themselves

Good point.Also,some believe what they are told without question.I saw part of alleged 'news' that made it look like one of Zelensky's team was embarrassed by her leader.In fact,she appeared to be upset at how Trump & co bullied Zelensky.Presenters then went on to lobby for Trump to win Nobel prize!
