My only quibble: let’s make something clear. The SCOTUS majority is not conservative; they are radical reactionaries who are five steps to the right of conservative.

I didn’t use the c-word and have not for a long, long time. The linked piece does a great job of putting the current majority within proper historical and political context. That said, I agree that the popular label “conservative” is laughably incorrect.
