It is the same intersection. Orlando recently ripped up some of the concrete sidewalk and added grass between the sidewalk and the road in front of the memorial. They also added the tactile paving for the visually impaired. The rainbow crosswalk photo is from 3 years ago and shows the old sidewalk.
