Labour did indeed enact a watered-down version of its manifesto commitment to workers' rights. It has also made clear its absolute commitment to more austerity, and their opposition to workers seeking pay increases. If you believe they won't be attacking workers rights you can't be taken seriously

So your argument is "yes they've done well but I'll criticise them anyway for things that I think they might do in the future."

No. The argument is, despite the workers' rights measures, the impact on workers of their terrible policies in the round is still firmly on the negative side of the ledger. BTW, good luck enforcing any of these supposed new rights with no legal aid and tribunals barely functioning.

Two increases in minimum wages, two increases in public sector wages, retaining nurses, teachers, medics and stopping the high turnover of public services...in fact incomes have 'increased faster' since Lab came to power then under all the Tory's yrs. So lets credit that because Tory media will not

So what terrible policies when ppl getting to see Dr's quicker, when cancer diagnosis is speeded up with more scans. The 'growth story' is critical to getting UK going again like prosperous Eriope. 14 Tory years did deep economic damage & caused very high inequality.
