I appreciate your reply. It's very well presented. I'm not absolving Merrick Garland of poor performance. My statement simply meant to apply more blame to Mitch McConnell, and I stand by that.

Reps will never do the right thing. The first thing Garland did as AG was to fight on behalf of Trump in federal court. He was trying to get EJ Carroll's case dropped. He failed. The 2nd thing he did was fight to keep Barr's redactions of the Mueller Report. Both were to protect Trump. 🤷♀️
