I was alone in the waiting room of the car repair shop where they had FOX on the TV. I got up turned the channel then though no that's not good enough, so I disconnected their cable line and unplugged the power then sat down and calmly read my book. I felt so much better when I left.

Every small bit of resistance adds up….
You gotta go into the tv settings and block the fox news channel. They aren’t smart enough to figure out what happened. They’ll blame it on the “woke tv manufacturer” and buy a new tv.
If you can get at the TV settings, you can parental password Faux News.
Which I gladly would have done but being in my 60’s I’m not very technologically inclined. Knowing how to disconnect the cable was a win for me. LOL
