Honestly, I am more worried about 13 million acres of BLM land in Utah than I am about any National Park. The NPs are so popular they will survive. The USFS and BLM lands are at risk of being given to oligarchs and developers; they hold at least as many cultural resources as do the parks/monuments.

This is a very good point. I think our NPs are largely being threatened by DOGE-caused staffing shortages (which is devastating!), while other federal lands are under threat of mining, drilling, or even sale to private corporations.

Trump administration is treating America like it's a hostile takeover. Need to break up all the parts sell them off and get the hell out of Dodge. That's what gypsies like these Republicans are, screw the USA. Probably got a payoff in the mail by Putin and a retirement picked out in the Baltic Sea.
