The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Trump administration can, at least for the moment, move forward with ending Temporary Protected Status for about 50,000 people from Honduras, Nepal, and Nicaragua who had work authorization in the U.S.
The daMage will be done by the time the courts get round to ruling them illegal moves. Or thinSCOTIS will throw out the rest of the Constitution because they were either paid to or trump said so.
