An artist needs to create/install a large prism atop the Pulse Nightclub to shine rainbows onto the street and sidewalk. Alternatively, projecting rainbows from Pulse would be cheap, easy and handy. In the meantime, supporters could use small prisms to make rainbows on the public sidewalks.
