And fight for undocumented workers who are doubly persecuted. Having no recourse to fight low wages, wage theft, and unsafe conditions, they are exploited by employers. And after decades of being scapegoated by Republicans, they are under literal physical attack from the government.

Sorry to all those stuck working today. The best way to honor them is by staying home and relaxing so we don’t encourage businesses to stay open. To those in jobs that are always necessary and rarely get a break: thank you for your sacrifice and service. We know many don’t get the day off.
