Californians, aren't you concerned with this guy sticking his nose in business outside his state, when the state of California is in shambles? Yes or No?

No because this business, as you call it, affects every American. Either you don't understand that or you think it's cool to cheat as long as it's your side cheating. Also California is not "a shambles" or "on fire" or any other hyperbolic phrase people can toss out.
