That was some playoff run in ‘93. I’m liking this current Habs core. They look like they could do damage .

I really hope so. My dream cup final is Habs vs Canucks. They’ve been my second team since around 2002-03 with Naslund and the Sedins.

That would be hella fun. The closest we had was the Western semi finals in ‘94 with Canucks vs Leafs, which Canucks won in 5. Vancouver was nuts for that series.

I remember staying up late watching HNIC on Saturday nights in my early teens, and I really liked the Canucks then.

That was a fun team. Naslund remains highly respected for what he did here; and the Sedins, legends who still don’t get the respect they deserve.

They deserve all of the respect. Love watching them play.

When I think of Jim Hughson, I just remember “Henrik to Daniel… scores!”

That opening game vs Dallas that went to quad OT, Henrik and Daniel just got stronger and stronger, eventually resulting in Henrik getting the winner. Hughson with a wonderful call on that goal
