When the people with badges and guns believe and execute EOs with more force and vigor than actual laws ‘he can’t do that’ isn’t worth jack shit. Thus far the only places he can’t do that applies to are CA (minimally) and IL, countered with a whole bunch of red states saying ‘yes, more please’.

I’m sorry you think snark is helpful. You can feel pessimism or grief or any number of emotions w/o dunking on other folks who are engaged. Not all activism is broadcast on social media. And social media activism - say, legal scholars sharing analysis to a general audience - is actually valuable.
