The judicial branch is overlooked by the average citizen. It holds the power to review and that has been critical to the endurance of our nation thus far. It needs to be carefully recalibrated to keep it independent from either party. Liberty must always be the objective.
The average citizen is barely surviving & doesn't have all day to learn from others online They don't know the DoJ is part of the POTUS's rule while JUDICIAL Branch is NOT They hate how T controls his DoJ but deny that Biden also jointly used his power & deals to STOP Garland & Smith's prosecution
Both parties have been amplifying the power of the executive. Both parties have been eroding the protections of the “ independent” agencies that were created and provided missions by Congress to be administered not lorded over by the executive.

Been saying & writing this since 2019 We have one branch left. Last month Booker agreed w/ Cruz in committee that "The Judicial was the last Article 3...w/ the LEAST POWER", we know is FALSE All 3 branches have CO-EQUAL power. Why then did Dem Booker agree it had the least? SCOTUS then agreed
He said the quiet thing out loud. The goal of both parties is to erode the judiciary to the point it can no longer stand in the way of further consolidation of power in the executive branch.

I always saw thu the created chaos how it was our Judicial Branch we needed to lean on. But we needed to start filing years ago, but the planned hits came fast & furious at "Muzzle speed velocity" so the avg citizen & resident trying to survive would be unable keep up w/ media 4th branch profiting
