I’m 70, never worked out (for real) until I started 2 years ago. I’ve doubled my strength, lost 30 lbs., my body feels 40 again, and it’s not a sweaty grind. 30 mins upper body, 30 mins lower, so two times a week with a couple days in between. I’m a fan of the gym! Who knew?
