Jews have always lived there, that is why many went there to escape the Russian and Nazi genocides. Jews were already there. It was always the Jewish home. Always.

Palestinian Arabs refused every offer of statehood since the 1930’s when the British were carving up Ottoman lands, including the tiny sliver of territory called Palestine (sometimes called South Syria). The Jewish state is a sliver of its biblical landmass. Jordan sits on a huge chunk of Palestine.

"Biblical landmass" is irrelevant. My DNA shows I have ancestry from France and Italy, but that doesn't give me any right to go to Paris or Rome and murder people so I can take their property. Everybody's ancestors came from someplace else.

The Greek Orthodox Church is the second largest land owner in Israel who began buying land in the 19th century and into the 20th century; as did Jewish people. All legal land transactions. Most of the land Greek Orthodox Church owns is in and around Jerusalem. No one wants them annihilated.
