Can someone please explain the “logic” behind the antisemitic conspiracy theory that Ashkenazi Jews sprang-up (seemingly out of nothing and fully formed from new cloth) in eastern Europe, because I’m just not getting it.

I know, but it’s crazy to watch people essentially deny historical migration because we simply wouldn’t be who, what and where we are today without it. And by “we”, I mean everyone in the entire world.
