The people are military enthusiasts, probably zealous white nationals. Not trained and dangerous in their lawlessness. No ID. No warrants. Private vehicles. Dangerous ICE cosplayers and bounty hunters after brown folk.

ICE agents who cover their faces and don't show their picture ID when trying to make an arrest are asking for trouble. An armed person may think they are being kidnapped and blow their head off in self-defense.
