Justice will not come for the scrotus until the people force it. The department of "justice" does have an obligation to prosecute criminal justices, but due to institutionalized cowardice, incompetence, and corruption, it refuses to even make the attempt no matter how clear-cut the case.

Of course, the department of "justice" also has an obligation to prosecute criminals in congress and in the white house, but it has a very clear policy of refusing to do its job, and no good reason for it other than the aforementioned institutionalized cowardice, incompetence, and corruption.

I’d like to think that, but history says otherwise. Only one SCOTUS justice has ever been impeached and they didn’t even get removed. It would be nice to see a change, but I just don’t see it happening without a massive change in leadership/elected representatives

I get what you’re going for here, though Biden has no power in that regard. A SCOTUS decision can only be overturned by another SCOTUS decision or by Congress passing an amendment (since those cases are in regards to constitutionality). Biden’s got his own issues but not this particular one

Obviously, you don't understand how reality works, because you're wrong. I wasn't suggesting that Biden overturn the scotus decision, but rather that he simply upheld his oath of office and chose to defend the country rather than the corrupt institutions.

He received warning after warning that the corrupt and illegitimate scrotus was planning on overturning roe v Wade, and that's one reason that there was such a strong push to reform the scrotus. He ignored those warnings, as usual too stupid to see what was right in front of his face,

and as usual for a career coward chickened out of even attempting scrotus reform. The most obvious reform would have been to simply remove the corrupt from the bench with criminal prosecution because that ends their lifetime appointments according to the constitution.

But that would have required integrity, and Biden chose loyalty to the fascist party over loyalty to the country.
