this is too much to post to explain my position here so im happy to concede in that regard but in the grand scheme of things what do we do next? im willing to listen to what alternative trans people want.

Stop compromising with transphobes. Stop treating their bullshit like it's reasonable. Stop building coalitions with transphobes. Educate and rehabilitate who you can and shut out those you can't. Put your cis body and presence in between ours and theirs and be the first line of defense and attack.

it doesn't matter what they want, it only matters what the facist wants, because the only nuance you ever need to understand is: does this do the work of the facist? then don't do that. repeatedly asking marginalized ppl what they want is trauma inducing weaponized incompetance, & you know better

For one thing, I want to force the issue with this new party as much as possible. That includes threatening to not support the party until transphobes are kicked out or at least until more members say something like Zarah Sultana said

I want to fucking live. It shouldn't be a "policy debate" or something I personally have to advocate for. This thinking either actively want me dead or doesn't care if I am. It shouldn't have to affect you for you to care enough to advocate.
