Sounds like most elderly people on tons of medication who are living into their 90's. I think he's got plenty of time with medical care he will receive

The only exercise he seems to get is walking from his golf cart to where his caddy has conveniently dropped his ball, and on the White House roof. His diet is famously appalling. I maintain hope that he'll have a stroke that keeps him alive and aware, but renders him immobile, mute and incontinent.
