I don't think you can just smack criminal subpoenas to make them simply evaporate.

They can declare "presidential immunity" and keep doing it over and over until some court agrees with them.🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately, you are correct. But, if they stand up to him like Pritzker & Newsome (who is also mocking him), he invariably backs down. Of course, then there is Miller who more evil than the turnip who has is ear. They got to do something other than nothing🤷‍♀️

Pausing this care to protect patients and physicians while pursuing their legal options, is very different from "doing nothing." Unless you have information that I don't have and you know they are "doing nothing...." Also, Pritzker and Newsom are governors. This is a health care system.

I was talking generally. In re: to Michigan, they are in a difficult situation. Obviously, I don’t have all the answers but from what’s been going on those that capitulate end up opening the door to continued bribery for want of a better word. Try the other option, say no🤷‍♀️

Michigander here. Saying no would risk the DoJ goons trying to get private medical records of minors and harrassing/endangering them and their families. Meanwhile, since the election, folks have been preparing for exactly this scenario, and are mobilizing.

Aren’t they trying to do that anyway? Again, generally, if the law firms, the universities, MSM & the like said, NO. Would it not be more difficult for the DOJ goons, the turnip & his minions to cont. to blackmail others? I get it, dammed if you do, dammed if you don’t. But try?🤷‍♀️

They are trying. they are pausing this care to protect patients and providers, while folks all around the state have mobilized to pick up the slack, and there are lots of legal cases playing out that will help resolve this. Michigan Medicine has excellent counsel working on this.

And that’s, basically what I’m trying to say inarticulately, fighting back, no more bending the knee. Say no.
