Not if the next Democratic President and Congress expand the size of the Supreme Court to 13, matching the population growth since the last time the court was expanded to 9. Time to play hardball, folks. We better acknowledge the threat to our democracy---it's not theoretical anymore.
If this is ever over and democracy survives: these judges must be removed as they are complicit in an (attempted) coup: treason, and Leo should be dealt with as well! All members of the administration too!
