No,I volunteered for one that provided a wonderful environment for the disabled. Granted I was not allowed in the area where the violent patient lived. But when they closed the higher functioning who were still unable to take care of themselves were left on their own and most ended on the streets.

Homeless people appeared all over the country right after Reagan became President. I’ll never forget how fast it happened. He was as bad as the rest of them.
