I think it's been more than 20 years friend. it's just sad that it hasn't evolved. But they say when you live under a rock you don't really grow

Yeah that's fair I just count from the creation of Homwland Security, Patriots Act etc as rhe point where govt surveillance really ramped up on the general population. But thats around the time I started being old enough to pay attention to the news so I may be biased
