We had assessed on 7 March that Ukraine was starting a retrograde operation in the Kursk Oblast. We noted the significant increase in the number and lethality of Russian assaults started on the same day the US blocked all intel sharing with Ukraine. 6/9
We are aware of the accusations that individuals within the Trump Administration or Elon Musk are actively sharing Ukrainian intel with Russia, especially in the Kursk Oblast. We noted that the Russian offensive in Kursk started on 20 February, two days after the US-Russia meeting in Riyadh. 7/9
There is no way to prove that the US and Russia colluded to collapse the Ukrainian pocket in Kursk. However, the link to key dates in US-Ukrainian relations is noteworthy. We also cannot confirm the connection between Russian strikes and active Starlink terminals, which is also noteworthy. 8/9

It’s gone very quiet about N Korean troops, with messaging about how strong Russia still is claiming that they have finished their “training” and gone back home. Interesting to see them so involved in the current offensive.
